
Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties (STSDSD)
The STSDSD course is designed for seafarers who have assigned security duties as part of the ship’s security plan. This mandatory training complies with Chapter VI and Section A-VI/6 of the STCW Convention and Code, as amended. The course equips seafarers with essential knowledge and skills to enhance shipboard security, prevent unlawful acts, and respond effectively to security threats.
Upon completion, participants will understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining maritime security and ensuring the safety of crew, passengers, and the vessel.

The 3-Tier Process Includes
Seafarers must register their attendance through biometric verification to ensure genuine participation in physical classes. |
